Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students do a lot of small group and individual work using whiteboards and whiteboard markers. The markers run out quickly, or they lose the lids, or they erase the marker with their hands and turn colors by the end of the day.
The LCD drawing tablets will allow students to do the same work they do on whiteboards but without the marker hassle.
The voice amplifier will help students during student presentations so that all students and I can hear the presentation, especially for those students who are nervous or shy when it comes to public speaking. The voice amplifier will also benefit students as I will not have to raise my voice for all students to hear me.
This technology will benefit my students and my classroom by providing students with LCD tablets that eliminate the need for dry erase markers and raised voices.
