Layers of Learning and Access

Help me give my students the chance to design their own prints, give staff the ability to print accessibility items to help students with special needs, and allow the office staff to make incentivizers.

My Project

Bringing a Bambu Lab X1C 3D printer to our school will give students hands-on experience with design, engineering, and creative problem-solving. Through our coding club, students will learn to create digital models and bring them to life—building valuable skills in spatial reasoning, prototyping, and iterative thinking. Staff will also be able to design accessible tools for students with special needs, and we’ll print fidgets and incentives to support student engagement and motivation.

This project will empower students to turn imagination into innovation.

Our goal is to foster student ownership of learning by connecting code with creation. These students are curious, tech-minded, and eager for opportunities that let them build real-world skills. Many lack access to this kind of technology outside of school, and this project ensures they can explore, invent, and grow in a supportive space designed for collaboration and creativity.
