Help me give my students laptops and a tablet to use for our daily centers. The students will enjoy having advanced devices that allow them to explore and enhance their creativity.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I am currently a Special Education teacher at an elementary school. I have 9 EBD (Emotional Behavior Disorder) students. I teach various grade levels ranging from 3rd to 5th grade.
Despite their differences, what all my students have in common is that they are a group of awesome special education students.
They have a wide range of disabilities, needs, talents, and interests. Some struggle to communicate their ideas and feelings, while others are great public speakers and can express themselves easily. A few struggle with writing and need a lot of support to put words on paper, while others find writing an enjoyable hobby. Lastly, some are reading grade level novels independently while others need to hear all texts read aloud in order to comprehend them.
My Project
The donated materials will help struggling learners improve their reading and math skills through the use of educational apps. The students will use the laptops independently or in groups to complete assignments and gain additional practice through various websites.
Our classroom currently has three desktops for student use.
It is very difficult to share the computers amongst the class, and these resources will be a great improvement in how we utilize our technology center. The students will also be able to explore devices that are not provided by our school. Our classroom will be able to research topics of interest and use the devices for fun and educational games throughout the day.
