This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our graduating class of 2020 is an exceptional class who have been adapting to working online to complete their senior year. The seniors are missing out on the end of the year activities and opportunities. They are working towards graduating and continuing their educations, probably as online college students this fall.

I would like to help provide my students with the technology they will need in order to start their college educations.

Having the necessary tools will keep students motivated and help them succeed.

My Project

Our graduating seniors have encountered many challenges finishing up their final high school year. The students are disappointed to have lost many of the experiences and opportunities the classes before them have enjoyed.

They have faced the challenges of Distance Learning unprepared and are working towards finishing the year and getting ready for college.

An essential part of being ready for college is to have the necessary technology. Many families are stressed financially and cannot provide their students with college resources. The laptops will help students in need continue learning and growing on their chosen career path.
