My Students

Our school is located in a small community. With more than 85% of our students receiving free or reduced-price lunch, it's hard not to spend my own money for classroom items.

My students are sweet, caring kids.

They love to learn and light up my day with their smiles. My students love to learn new things, share their ideas with each other, and even teach each other.

My students make me proud to be a teacher with all of their hard work and dedication.

My Project

My students need additional laptops to access educational programs such as XtraMath (math fluency), iReady (math and reading), Education.Com (reading), and Epic Books (reading) on a daily basis. I currently have 2 school issued computers in my classroom for 18 students.

My students love using the computer to learn!

Thanks to previously funded projects, we now have 4 laptops in our third grade classroom. Having two additional laptops will allow me to have more students on these programs at one time, ensuring that each student will have an opportunity to get online each day.

Technology is the future for my students and I want to make sure they have access each and every day!
