My Project
This project is vital for supporting our diverse English Language Learners (ELLs) population. Many are new to the U.S. and face the dual challenge of learning a new language and literacy skills. These students often arrive with limited English proficiency, making it challenging to meet grade-level expectations. By providing laptops, we can offer personalized, adaptive learning tools that cater to each student's unique needs.
The laptops will enable access to programs featuring interactive activities, audio support, and translation tools.
These tools are essential for building vocabulary, comprehension, and reading fluency. For students adjusting to life in the U.S., these tools help bridge language barriers and ensure they engage with accessible and supportive content.
Integrating technology into the classroom creates a more inclusive learning environment, allowing ELLs to progress at their own pace.
