My Students
Students in my classroom come eager and ready to learn. They are excited to face the new challenges that await them. Together we create a climate that is warm, friendly, and engaging.
I want my classroom to be a place where kids feel safe, have fun, and have an insatiable desire to learn.
In addition, I value my students’ social growth as much as their academic growth. My personal and professional goal is to provide an environment that inspires lifelong learning.
My Project
The kids love to use lapboards during math and their free time. At present, my lapboards are not easy for the kids to take out and even harder for them to put away. The lapboard caddy is awsome and a convenient way to store my lapboards into small group sets, which can be kept at each table, and are therefore way more easy for the kids to use on a daily basis. I also like the idea of easily being able to transports 10 boards and all the neccessary supplies, at one time, when we work outside.
