This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have some very intelligent students in my class who are Spanish speakers. I want to help them learn english faster by having books in my classroom that they can read in English and understand what is being said because it is also in Spanish. I feel like this would be a great addition to class because over 50% of my students are Spanish speaking, not only will it help them create a stronger understanding in English, it will also help them keep their incredible gift of being bilingual. Please support this project!
