Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have 26 diverse learners this year in kindergarten. We have been in school for 14 days now and I am noticing that they need more practice with their speaking and writing skills.
The products that I have selected will help to develop my students' speaking and writing skills. Due to Covid, many of these students did not attend preschool and the products I’ve chosen will help bridge the academic and social gap. I'm hopeful that using the alphabet sound tubs will aid in developing their vocabulary and speaking skills. I chose the magic writing boards as a novelty to enhance my students' desire to write.
