This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our center based Autism class (full of amazing students in grades K-2) is in need of more laminating sheets. We use these laminating sheets for basically everything in the classroom. By laminating things, it keeps them from being torn apart, written on (except for with the awesome Expo markers that wipe right off!), and even eaten by some of our little friends who have oral sensory needs. The activities we create in our room are used to help our students improve their reading, writing, and math skills, which will enhance their academic development and help them be successful both in and out of the classroom.

Laminating sheets allow our classroom to create high-quality materials for small groups, arts and crafts, visual schedules, and more that will last for years to come!
