it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students love to see their work laminated and displayed.
As a teacher, I rely on laminating anchor charts for my lessons.
I use the laminator for things like individual and class anchor charts, reusable graph paper, reusable worksheets, and of course, to laminate student art.
Not having laminating sheets for student work and assignments has made it difficult to provide individual resources for student toolkits.
Students can no longer laminate artwork and projects. We, as teachers, use individual toolkits for instruction by laminating resources such as anchor charts and success criteria that the students can write on with expo markers and then erase so we can use them for other classes. The math teachers love using laminated graph paper. Our students love to have their art laminated from art class. It's easily displayed and eventually becomes a keepsake resource for them when they take it home. Students are engaged during lessons and really enjoy learning this way.
