This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students come to school every day excited to learn! They are inquisitive about the world around them. We strive to broaden their horizons and challenge their minds. We face many obstacles in our ICT classroom, from lack of classroom resources to wishing for those extra materials, that would take us to the next level in our educational journey, but we come together as a caring and responsible community, always mindful to respect each other.

We celebrate our differences while we learn and grow together.

My Project

We are asking for lamination sheets to replenish our supply!

In our class, we have two main uses for these sheets: showcasing student work and creating dry erase anchor charts!

When we show off student work, we love to put it on display! If it is laminated we can showcase it in our classroom and on the hallway walls. The work will be protected so that the students can add it to their end of year portfolios and keep their work forever!

We also laminate anchor charts and other resources to turn them into dry erase boards. When laminated, the students can use them as interactive resources for their toolkits and write, wipe and write again!
