My Students
My group loves to play outside, learn new games, and boogie to a tune. COVID-19 has caused my students miss valuable time learning skills in the classroom. My kindergarten group is such an exciting mix of interests, abilities, and goals.
My students are learning to read, write, and count, while some of their classmates are learning to imitate sounds or drawing lines and circles.
My students will be over the moon about receiving items from this project. These materials will help meet students where they are academically and increase their individual learner outcomes.
My Project
During these uncertain times, my project will provide many necessary supplies and learning materials to help engage my students in their learning process and give them a sense of empowerment. With the Lakeshore educational activities, students will have more choices, increasing student ownership in learning. Choice-making helps teach internal discipline, organization and prioritizing.
Empowering students during these uncertain times, you're not going to have many problems from an empowered kid.
Empowering students will increase students' focus and outcomes while reducing undesired behaviors in the classroom. These educational games will improve focus and engagement and minimize classroom disruptions. Children learn how to make meaningful choices by watching you do it and gaining experience by making little choices.
The Lakeshore games will be used in centers, whole group instruction, intervention groups, and home learning as needed for all subject areas. The donations to this project will help to empower my students, give them ownership in their learning, teach academic and social skills, and improve all students' learner outcomes in the classroom or at home.
