My students need a classroom printer/copier and 2 cases of copy paper.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Hodges's classroom raised $254
This project is fully funded
Nestled in the heart of an urban city in Georgia, my school serves nearly eight hundred Pre-K through 5th grade students. The school is in a community of low to middle income, working class families with a median household income of $30,846. Most families work in service, industrial and limited professional positions. Our students primarily live in apartments and single family homes with about 80% of the population renting. With 81% of our students identified as Economically Disadvantaged it is very apparent that our teachers and administrators must be resourceful in our approach because of limited resources.
Imagine having the greatest resources and then being unable to print or copy them for your students. This horrid fact has been the reality of our students. The past school year found our students with a lack of printed resources available due to limited access to school printers and no assess to a copier for the later months of the school year (even in the midst of CRCT prep).
My students need this printer/copier and copy paper in the classroom to supplement for the lack of available printing resources in the school itself.
Your donation and help will enable my students to gain access to a world of printed resources that they were previously deprived of. Further, due to our limited financial resources, we are unable to provide our students with their own personal workbooks so we must rely on copies.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
