My Project

My goal is to provide the students of the entire school with safe laboratory materials in order to give them a hands-on activity with the concepts they are learning and increase engagement in the school. The materials requested are intended to promote experimentation in science classrooms and promote an interest into the STEM field.

Our students deserve the best learning experience we can offer, which includes updated lab equipment for a safe practice, regardless of us being a Title One school.

Most of the beakers we own are old, contaminated, and some are broken, making them dangerous to use in experiments. As things have broken over the years, we do not have enough supplies for different grade levels or sometimes even different classes, to do an experiment on the same day as another, leading to less experimentation. Revamping our materials can assist in us rebuilding a love for science in our students.

With your help, we can create an interest in science. We can increase passion and excitement in learning with the new materials. Our students will have fun while they learn and want to continue doing so. Enjoying education is necessary to our youth and it is something you can help us accomplish.
