My Project
Providing snacks and LEGO kits through the King Bucks reward cart will encourage positive behavior and consistent attendance, especially in our rural community where motivation can be a challenge. These specific items serve as tangible incentives that support our goal of creating a positive learning environment and helping students build responsibility, focus, and pride in their efforts. By connecting rewards to their actions, students learn that hard work and good choices lead to meaningful outcomes.
What makes my students special is their ability to try their best and make good decisions despite the challenges in their environment.
The reward cart—filled with snacks and LEGO kits they can purchase using fake money earned from good attendance and completed assignments—reinforces these positive choices and helps cultivate a culture of accountability, perseverance, and achievement.
