Kindness Matters!

Help me give my students a Kindness Council! Our school wants to start a Kindness Council to promote kindness throughout the year by reading to our students and rewarding them for their acts of kindness.

My Project

Help our school to start a Kindness Council!

This would be a student led group of students who would meet with an advisor each month to brainstorm ways to promote kindness throughout the school year.

Students would nominate other students or staff to receive a small token of appreciation for their act of kindness. Those students/staff would also be represented on our Kindness bulletin board.

The council will also promote literacy by visiting each classroom once a month to read a book on kindness and give examples of kindness they have witnessed.
