Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our class is beautifully composed of 25 Kindergarten students. This magical group is eager to learn and demonstrate their growth in new and creative ways! They range from five to six-years-old, and are such a positive and bright bunch!
These students are just beginning the adventure of school, and are so excited to participate in the journey of learning!
With help, our class will have every opportunity to have fun while we learn! As we begin the school year, I desire for my students to develop a joy and thirst for learning, that will continue throughout their academic careers.
My Project
These books will give our classroom library a strong foundation from which to build, exciting stories for our imaginations, and will lead to meaningful conversations for our growing brains! Although our classroom is just beginning to learn how to read, these books will provide the practice that these little brains need to grow!
These art supplies will help our creative juices flow!
We will learn that we are limitless in the art realm, and find the value in creative expression. We will be able to practice our fine motor skills while having a blast in class.
With these whiteboards, we can practice our fundamental skills of language arts, math, and more in a fun way! From letter formation, to shapes, to partner time, the possibilities of application are endless.
