My Students
In Kindergarten we like to share everything, even our answers, oops!
My students are for the most part EL students who do not speak much English when they enter the classroom.
Our school is 98% free and reduced, and we are situated in an urban inner city area. Though we are faced with many difficulties my students still come to school excited and eager to learn.
My Project
I am requesting two bean bag chairs for private reading time in the library and a class set of privacy folders to keep us from looking at each others papers. The privacy folders will allow me to have more accurate assessment data and the bean bags will allow us a soft comfortable private spot to read to ourselves.
This project is important because good assessment data is crucial when trying to pinpoint student needs.
