My Project
Technology in the world is growing and changing. I want to give my Kindergarten students meaningful technology that will teach them not only coding, but perseverance and critical thinking. Learning coding skills will set students up for success. With these materials I will be able to teach my Kindergarteners the basics of coding. Students will learn coding in an age appropriate, developmentally appropriate, and fun way.
Coding materials will also challenge students to solve problems and not give up when things don't work or get hard.
Developing critical thinking skills and problem solving skills will translate to all aspects of student lives and will help students grow a growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset.
