This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are wonderful children who are going through tough times.
The children in my class are from very low-income families, and many have lost their jobs and are struggling.
The parents try their best to give their children everything they can but only are able to give them the basics. Due to the coronavirus, many families have suffered great losses.
This project means so much to my children and is very valuable.
Help me give my students books, books, and more books! The kids love to read but have only a limited amount of books in their homes. My students need phonics books, sight word readers, and guided reading books.
