Kindergarteners Swinging Into School Supplies

My Project

My class consists of 25 creative and kind kindergarteners! I teach in a Title 1 School and 100% of my students receive free lunch. Most of my students come from impoverished communities and some are homeless. Not every child has the basic school supplies to be engaged in school.

Having the basic school supplies helps my students feel confident.

School supplies play a very important role in education and how students develop. By donating paper, headphones, and other school supplies it will help my students have a phenomenal school year.

The headphones will help my students block out external noise and distractions, allowing them to concentrate on their assignments. These headphones will be used during center time. The chart paper will be used to make anchor charts for math and reading centers. Anchor charts provide directions for hands-on activities.
