Kindergarteners Need Effective Distance Learning

My Students

With the coronavirus pandemic affecting a great deal of Californians, it is becoming increasingly clear that we will have to partake in distance learning at least some portion of this upcoming school year. Last school year most teacher's were caught of guard by the sudden closure of schools, and unprepared for the challenges that would arise from trying to teach students over the internet.

My Project

I have requested printer ink cartridges, printer paper, and cardstock so I can prep work for the students so they can follow along with what I am doing from my home.

The easel pads, magnetic letters, magnetic whiteboard, and other supplies will stay with me at my home and used in daily instruction over a webcam, so I can give my students visual examples as best I can without being with them in person.

The gift card will be used to purchase educational resources specifically designed for distance learning.

The rolling cart will be used to store all my supplies, so I can give instruction in an organized and efficient manner.
