My Project

As a first year Kindergarten teacher, my goal is to build a classroom full of fun ways to learn. I want my students to have fun, and feel loved in a new setting. I’ve included learning games for centers and recess, manipulatives for fine motor skills, and even tools to help with their social skills and regulating their emotions. Storage is also an important component of an inviting classroom. I want my students to feel calm walking into a classroom that is clean and organized. Last, safety is crucial at school and I feel having a small fridge for cold packs for injuries is beneficial for quick access when a child is hurt.
