Kindergarten Supply Restock: Help Us Keep Going Strong!

Help me give my students pencils, dry erase markers, and other basic supplies to finish kindergarten strong!

My Students

My kindergarten students come from a tight-knit, low-income community in the city of Chicago. They are excited to be starting a new year and to make incredible progress this year.

Each of my students is uniquely talented, counting on school to provide a place to let those talents shine.

Kindergarten establishes a strong foundation for students in school, both academically and socially. This group is focused on building a supportive classroom community and working together to help one another succeed.

My Project

Halfway through the year some of our classroom supplies are running a little low. We need some fresh supplies to help us continue the great learning my students have begun in kindergarten.

New pencils, glue sticks, and dry erase markers will help my class continue to practice reading, writing, and math without a hitch.

Hole punches and staplers will let me make each student a writing journal to practice writing dictated sentences now that we know all of our letter sounds! These supplies may seem basic, but they are essential to the smooth operation of our school day and classroom procedures.
