Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My project contains materials such as pencils, pens, crayons, colored pencils, folders, highlighters, timers, name tags, and tape - basic supplies that students will always need. I have added glitter crayons because many students get really excited when they see things that are not familiar and I would love to introduce different writing materials. Velcro and heavy-duty tape are great for hanging up anchor charts and posters around the classroom. The self-adhesive round dots are going to be used to mark floor spots during mini-lessons. A large calendar will be used to mark special events coming up in our classroom. Stickers are a great incentive for participation and working hard.
