This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

If it was up to five year olds, they would eat snacks all day long.

My kindergarten students are constantly hungry and many of them do not bring a snack from home.

Unfortunately, I have caught several students taking a snack that doesn’t belong to them. This scenario causes a lot hurt feelings and leaves me looking for replacement snacks. Many times I do not have snacks available in the classroom because I simply cannot afford to buy them. I would love to provide snacks to all students in my class so that they can keep their bodies and minds full and energized.
