My students are stars. They enjoy learning through dance, music, games, and play. They are lively bunch and full of energy. I teach at a school where many students do not have the means to have laptops at home to complete assignments. The only time they have to complete assignments are during my class hours and we only have 1 device for 20 plus students.
My classroom is affected by the coronavirus because my kids learn better face to face with teacher instruction, hands on materials, and with technology.
The resources my students have are teacher made PowerPoints, I-Ready, worksheets, online games, You-Tube, BrainPop, and Starfalls to keep them engaged in learning and all of these resources requires a laptop.
My Project
Learning never stops for students! Kindergarten is where you lay the foundations and it's at this age where you have to get through to them to become excellent readers and critical thinkers.
These computers will help my kindergarten students who do not have their own computers to be able to access ways of learning through technology by Zoom meetings, I-Ready, Starfalls, and other resources.
My students and I will be so grateful for our laptops to access our learning whether it be virtually or face to face instruction.
Please assist my little movie stars soar through technology!
