My students need a new rug, classroom organizers, and hands-on activities in the classroom for the next school year.

My Students

Kindergarten ... The best time of a young child's life!

My school is located in Oklahoma.

It was three classrooms of Kindergarten students who come from low-income households. The school is a Title I school with many Spanish speaking families. Kindergarten classrooms house up to twenty-two students in each class.

My Project

The rug in the kindergarten classrooms are worn-out and faded; a new, colorful rug will add brightness to our classroom learning environment. The storage cubbies will allow each student to have a place to store their personal belongings while inside the classroom. The new sensory table will add a place for students who have sensory issues a place to explore. The office supplies will be used to complete the kindergarten memory books at the end of the kindergarten year.

Providing a bright, happy place for the Kindergarten students to learn and explore will allow for more learning opportunities.

During Kindergarten students learn through hands-on activities and exploring. Please allow my students the chance of a lifetime of engaging, learning opportunities!
