This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have been the Kindergarten teacher at my school for four years now. The school has never provided the students with caps and gowns for their promotion ceremony. Having these items to wear for the ceremony will help the students feel like they accomplished something extraordinary.

Wearing the caps and gowns will help instill confidence and create a sense of pride within the students.

I am very proud of how hard the students work. The caps and gowns would be a great way to celebrate their officially completed Kindergarten. Thank you for considering donating to this project. I appreciate your time and generosity.
