My Project
In my classroom, I believe that fostering a positive and supportive learning environment is essential for students’ growth and success. One key aspect of achieving this is recognizing and rewarding positive behavior. When students are acknowledged for their effort, respect, and kindness, it not only boosts their confidence but also motivates them to continue making good choices. I am seeking funding for a variety of student prizes that will serve as tangible rewards for those who demonstrate exceptional behavior, whether it’s completing tasks with enthusiasm, showing kindness to peers, or staying focused during lessons. These prizes will be used to celebrate individual achievements and reinforce the values we want to cultivate in my students.
By providing these prizes, I aim to create a culture of recognition and positivity that helps students develop important social-emotional skills.
Incentives such as small toys, school supplies, or extra recess time will encourage students to strive for their best, not just academically but also in their daily interactions.
