My Students

My students are amazing fun-sized human beings! They are so curious about the world around them! They have this genuine desire to learn and have been growing more and more each day as students. They truly have a love for school and are excited to be in our space each day.

My students are creative, imaginative, fun-loving, and a joy to teach.

I consider myself lucky to call them my students. My students bring all of their world experiences into our space and teach me a thing or two every day.

My Project

I have a wide variety of materials for my little learners! Now that the year has started I have noticed I need a variety of materials to help organize the classroom as best I can. The bins, binders, dividers, labels, dry erase sheets, etc. are to help with our organizing.

Now that we have been in school over a month it is also time to replenish the basics and fill in missing gaps.

We have already run out of sentence strips, folders, laminating sheets, dividers, or timer has broken, etc.

While I had purchased chart paper earlier this year I did not get any blank paper, so I have been borrowing from other teachers. I would love to have my own to use in order to continue making anchor charts to support our learning.

The level A readers are something I hope to use for years to come. I am new to Kindergarten, as are my students. I took over another teacher's classroom and I cannot seem to find her level A readers. These books will help us with both independent and guided reading to push my lower level readers ahead. This early in the year I have a lot of level A readers and I hope to push them further with these books as a guide.
