This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our kindergarten students have worked so hard this year. They have learned to read, write, share, explore, regulate their emotions and express their thoughts. We teach in the South Bronx, New York. Our students come from low-income households and face many different challenges on a daily basis. We really want to celebrate all of their successes and achievements. We also want them to be so proud of all they have learned. Your donation will go directly towards this celebration. Our students have worked so hard all year and are ready to move on to first grade! Thank you so much.
