My Project
In order to help our kindergarten students develop crucial early literacy skills, we want to equip every family with a literacy kit that includes the tools to do phonics word work. This project would help us provide families with easily organized tools to help their children practice reading skills at home.
Quality literacy instruction and home support is a foundational component to equitable student outcomes.
This project will empower our families to play an active role in their child's literacy education. Practicing the same skills at school and at home ensures constistency with building these early reading skills.
