Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach a wonderful bunch of bilingual Kinder students. We are laying a foundation for them in reading and writing. The key to being a good Kinder teacher is making it seem like learning is all fun and games. We have to make our lessons engaging and build their creativity using exciting resources.
There are several things we need to spice up our learning this year!
We are requesting organizational materials like the mobile tray organizer so we can sort and store our workstation activities. We are requesting the fort builder for a way to apply our math lessons and create future engineers. The number line math activity and the giant magnetic page will help me demonstrate learning in reading and in math.
Our students are growing up in an area of low economic development. They deserve to have the most engaging and creative activities to further their education.
