During Distance Learning two years ago, I made each kindergartner in my class a Distance Learning binder that held many resources for them to use while learning at home. The binders worked so well that I used them this year in the classroom.
I would love to provide a kindergarten learning binder for each student in my class again this fall.
In addition to using the binders in the classroom this year, we also used them this year when specific students or the entire class needed to move to Distance Learning. Since the students had used the binders in class each day, the transition to learning at home was much easier.
The front and back view pockets contain reference materials such as passwords, number grids, alphabet strips, color words, etc. Inside the binders, there are pages in plastic page protectors to do things such as name, letter, and number writing practice. There are also various charts in the binders that the students use for writing and math lessons. Whether at school or home, it is very helpful for kindergartners to everything they need all in one place! These binders are one of the best things I have implemented in my kindergarten classroom!
