Kindergarten Enrichment Time

My Project

I am a teacher in a high poverty school district. All of my students receive free breakfast and lunch. My students face challenges inside and out of the classroom. We are a diverse classroom with twenty-four active, energetic, creative, and caring kindergartners from many backgrounds. In my classroom I have students with special needs, learning disabilities, and students that are English Language Learners.

My kiddos look forward to Enrichment time where they can engage in hands-on centers independently or with other kiddos in the classroom.

These literacy and math centers are perfect activities for little hands and minds. Having a wide variety of activities will provide differentiation so that each kiddo's unique needs get met. These centers will strengthen their letter and sound knowledge, word building, and number skills. It will help build a strong foundation for learning and growing.
