My Project

As a kindergarten teacher it is so imperative for me to set the foundational steppingstones for my students not only as young learners but as human beings. For me and my classroom, learning is extremely important, however I believe that it is just as important for all students to feel safe and comfortable in the environment in which they are learning in and essentially living in for 185 days. Having a brand new, clean carpet, as well as differentiated seating options for my fidgety five (ish) year olds, will allow my students to blossom and flourish in their first year of school in an environment that is clean, safe and comfortable. I am also hoping to receive some storage bins to help consolidate classroom items in order to tidy up our learning space.
