My Project
The classroom environment is a student's third teacher. A student can learn so much from their environment! When setting up a classroom, a teacher has to be very intentional with lighting, furniture, wall hangings, etc. to aid in student learning. In my classroom currently, we have bright fluorescent lights and brightly colored rugs and furniture.
I want to redo my classroom to be less stimulating and more comfortable so that my students can feel calm and relaxed when they enter the space with new cushioned benches, carpet and floor lamps.
