Kindergarten is such a special and important time.
The students in my inner-city school are energetic, lively and eager to learn.
It's not an exaggeration to say that they are excited to come to school and have a genuine love for their school. The teachers are truly dedicated and we do all that we can to make sure that the students' learning experience is engaging and memorable.
My Project
The students in my classroom spend a good portion of the morning having "circle time." This is a time when we talk about the calendar, practice math skills and socialize. Our classroom is in dire need of a new calendar. Additionally, the students will use their vowel game and cvc blocks to strengthen their beginning reading skills to become great readers!
My students are already excited to learn each and every day, and this will only enrich their experience further.
They will be forever grateful for the opportunities that these materials will provide.
