My Project
As educators, we understand the crucial role that phonemic awareness plays in a child's early literacy development. It is the foundation upon which reading and writing skills are built. By helping children recognize and manipulate individual sounds in words, we empower them to become excellent readers.
By having these phonemic awareness centers and decodable readers in my classroom, it would provide my students the opportunity to practice all the skills and strategies they learn during our phonics lessons.
These resources would help my students build their oral and written language skills and keep them engaged in hands on learning experiences. The centers would be used daily and put to great use in my classroom, making the process of acquiring phonemic awareness both enjoyable and effective.
