This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love my students enthusiasm and joy for life and learning! These materials, including storage drawers, will help us organize our classroom and help it to be more functional. The town blocks, vehicles, and people will help the children learn social and emotional skills that they will use for life. Pretend play encourages speaking skills, thinking, and problem solving. It helps them relate to their world and learn through their environment what is going on around them. There are such powerful emotions in the world right now! Any skills that they can learn to help them self regulate, problem solve, and better understand others, the better! I also ordered paint for them paint what their emotions are feeling and illustrate their words and ideas. Thank you for your help!
