My Project

What I Love About My Students

My students are resilient, curious, and full of potential.

Coming from very low-income, high-need backgrounds, they face challenges daily but show up eager to learn and grow. They deserve the same opportunities as their peers to explore, create, and succeed, and I am determined to ensure they don’t get left behind.

How These Resources Will Help

These resources will provide my kindergarteners with the tools they need to succeed. Hot Dots for Literacy will help improve letter recognition, phonics, and early reading skills.

Math Manipulatives will build foundational math skills, such as counting, sorting, and problem-solving, in a hands-on way.

Science Manipulatives will encourage exploration and curiosity, fostering a love for STEM through discovery during science centers.

Snacks will keep students focused and energized, ensuring hunger isn’t a barrier to learning.

These resources will help my students gain confidence, stay engaged, and develop critical skills for their future success.

Goals for This Project

My goal is to provide essential resources that support learning and growth. Hot Dots will enhance reading and literacy, while math manipulatives will strengthen foundational number concepts. Science manipulatives will spark curiosity during centers, and snacks will ensure no child is distracted by hunger. These tools will create an engaging environment where every child can thrive academically and personally.
