This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My kindergarten class is very excited about their first year in school. Most of my students are learning to read, write, and count, while some of their classmates are learning to recognize letters and imitate sounds. They are smart and have an interest for learning. Many of my students come from single parent households or have both parents working hard and long hours. All my students receive free school lunch. I love my kindergarten class and want to give them a memorable Kindergarten experience.

My Project

The most important value of integrating artistic learning in early childhood education is that it allows children to explore their own creativity as well as improving their fine motor skills.

Please help me give my students an artistic and creative environment.

With these art supplies my students will be able to create and explore using their imagination. They will also develop problem solving and critical thinking skills, which is essential for academic growth.

I have noticed my students to have an interest to art. They love drawing pictures for me. Through their art work, they will be able to express feelings and gain confidence in their work.
