This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are loving, caring and unique! They come from different backgrounds. When it comes to indoor recess time, they play and unleash their creative side and their social skills.

Help me inspire my kids to see smiles on their faces.

Let's show kids that sharing is caring and that school can be fun!

My Project

As mentioned before, my students come from all walks of life and backgrounds. Many of them come from struggling families that can not take them to museums or spark their creativity and imagination at home due to limited resources.

I have purchased toys for my students to use during our indoor recess, but they are mostly broken or incomplete.

When I see their smiling faces, all the money that I have spent makes sense and is well worth it! I love to see my students sharing and communicating while they have some fun with their peers.
