Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Kindergarten is often a child's first school experience. In kindergarten, we do a lot of learning through play. My students learn life skills and social skills while role playing different career choices. In order to practice these skills and make the role-playing feel as real as possible, it is necessary to have items for a wide range of experiences.

In our classroom, we have an area to play house or restaurant with a full kitchen, table, and chairs.

We also have numerous career vests including for a doctor, police officer, firefighter, construction worker, nurse, and more. With your help, I can enhance these pretend play experiences for my students.
