This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My class needs a kidney table. We would use this kidney table to hold small reading groups. We would also use it when we are using manipulatives that the class must share. The alternative to a kidney table is not appealing because it involves kids moving desks. It also involves kids working at other students desks, which can cause a few problems with third graders.
Our class would benefit from a kidney table so much.
It would give the students a distraction free place to work without the hassle of having to move desks around.
