Kidney Table for Guided Reading Success!

My students need a kidney table for us to use during guided reading and small groups.

My Students

I teach in a nice community outside of Savannah, Georgia. The students in my classroom are amazing and energetic learners. They are constantly looking for new and exciting ways to learn second grade content.

From the minute my students walk in my door, I want them to be excited about learning and for them to experience a wonderful day.

By creating a fun and engaging classroom, I hope to inspire and educate my students to continue their paths to an excellent education!

My Project

My students and I need a guided reading table. We currently have two tables put together to try and create an L shape. It is extremely difficult to do reading and math groups for me. I can't get to the students, they have no working space, and it is hard to collaborate. If we had a table, we could actually have room to read our books! I also love that the table has a whiteboard top, so that my students can write words or problems directly on the table. It will be a huge help to have a space for our group time.
