My Project

Students benefit from individual and small group work.

As a first year teacher, my goal is to get to know every student, including their strengths and weaknesses, on a lesson-by-lesson basis.

Once identified, the table would be used to pull small groups or individual students for a more strategically designed intervention style of teaching.

I would be able to sit centrally with the students around me for a mini-lesson where I can monitor their progress or lack there of. With this style of teaching, I can reach all students and provide the best possible learning experience.
