it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students have the potential to be LEADERS in this world! They have big, kind hearts. Help them help other children around the world with our UNICEF Kid Power project! Almost 100% of my students qualify for free or reduced lunch and are from low income homes. They are ready to share their kindness, their passion, and their positive energy. They want to help children in their community, in their own country, and around the world. By sponsoring them, my students will feel a sense of accomplishment and they will know that there are others out there that care about their education and their efforts in sharing.
My Project
The more my students move, the more points they earn, the more lives they will save. The UNICEF Kid Power Classroom kit will help my students get and stay active while saving lives with every step they make.
Kid Power!
Kid Power fitness bands will track steps to unlock funding for
UNICEF to deliver lifesaving packets of therapeutic food to severely malnourished children around the world. My Students will go online and take Missions to complete standards-aligned lessons and activities, where they learn about different cultures and UNICEF’s work to help children everywhere survive and thrive. My students will learn the value of kindness.
